Sean Scott
Sean Scott is a New Englander and bought his first property in 2008 a 3 family. He quickly learned that working with tenants was a struggle and learned how to invest in Single Family homes to help buyers through creative finance allowing them to accomplish their dream of becoming a home owner. He since started 3 companies in Vermont. His heart is the non profit that helps house the previously homeless. They build affordable homes that invigorate and promote economic opportunity while helping people with good paying jobs to battle the high cost of living in Vermont.
Sean is married to his amazing wife Stephanie and together they have 12 grandkids that they get to spoil. He is a believer and a business man dedicated to making the world a better place.
Deneen Murphy
Deneen is a native Texan who moved to the Nashville TN area in 1986. She worked as a Chief Operating Officer promoting the positive thinkers of the time such as Norman Vincent Peale, Paul Harvey and Lou Holtz. These influencers had a profound effect on setting her goal to buying her first home at age 23 just outside of Nashville. After living in that first home for 12 months, she decided to use it as a rental home and move back into the city. Once landing on creative financing and its benefits through her TN real estate license and membership in Real Estate Investors Network, she has sought to help other self employed small business owners locate wonderful homes for their families.
She has 2 wonderful sons with 2 adorable grandchildren. She also attends as many Tennessee Titan, Nashville Predator, Nashville Sounds or NSC soccer games as possible. She visits Radnor Lake weekly to enjoy nature and runs several ½ marathon events each year.
Steve Daniel
Steve moved to Nashville from Savannah, GA in 1995 where he worked in the Radio Industry for a number of years. Over the years, he’s enjoyed Real Estate working with Deneen on purchasing several homes going back into the 1990’s. In addition Steve has worked in several areas including owing rentals along with buying others to fix and sell. The greatest pleasure he has found in Real Estate is being able to find houses using creative financing to help people in their journey to purchase their dream home. Many of these are their first home for people living in Apartments.
Steve is married to Kristi and they have 4 Children and 1 grandchild. Steve enjoys hiking and kayaking.
